I have been fixing and automating enterprise infrastructure for over 22 years — Active Directory at scale, M365 migrations, Windows Server environments, and the automation layer that keeps it all running without someone manually checking things every day.

My background is in large enterprise environments — thousands of users, multi-site AD forests, hybrid cloud, and the kind of complexity that only comes from years of accumulated decisions. I apply that same discipline to small and mid-sized businesses that do not have a dedicated IT department but still need things done right.

I started Vertex Chaos to do this work directly for clients who need a sharp operator, not a managed service contract with a help desk. Fixed scope, clean delivery, documented handoff. If it cannot be repeated, it is not done.

More recently I have been building AI-augmented automation — wiring Claude and other LLMs into operational workflows using n8n and Python. Not as a novelty, but as a practical way to eliminate the repetitive parts of IT operations.

I am bilingual — English and Spanish (Mexican Spanish). About half my client conversations happen in Spanish.
